How does the booking process work?

You can make a reservation by calling us, sending us an email, or sending us a message to our social media pages. Your confirmation will be sent to you via email.

 

What is the payment procedure?

You can pay by cash or card. A deposit may be required if booking a large group, or  for longer durations.

 

How do I arrange to have a bike delivered to my accomodation?

Please notify us where you are staying at the time of booking. We offer free delivery to Tsilivi, Alykes, Alykanas, Amoudi & Zakynthos Town. Other areas will include a surchage which will vary depending on location. If you send us your enquiry we can inform you of delivery costs for other areas. This will be subject to the distance of your acommodation and the size of the booking.

 

What happens if I dont return the bike on time?

There will be an additional charge of 2 euros per hour for bikes which are not returned on time.

 

Do you hold any type of insurance?

We provide opptional insurance at a cost of 4 euros per day. The insurance includes an excess cap of 50e to cover loss or damage to the bicycle.

 

How does the booking cancellation policy work?

Cancellation is possible at no extra cost up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. The full price will be charged for late cancellation. 

 

 

What equipment comes with the bike?

Third party insurance, unlimited kilometers, 24/7 helpline, private medical care, pharmacy kit, helmet, road map, lock, pump, spare basket (if required).

 

Are there extra accessories available?

We offer baby seats and side bags at a cost of 5e. We also offer phone holders, speedometers and reflective items.

 

What condition must I return the bike in?

If you return it in poor condition from falls or other incidents and you did not take out the optional insurance, you will be charged for the parts at the rates provided by the supplier in Greece.This includes loss or damage to any extra accessories. 

 

What happens if I have a problem while cycling?

What happens if I have an accident with the bike?

Your safety is our main priority. So first we recommend that you call our private medical service which we provide with your booking. Then we ask that you contact our 24/7 helpline to inform us of the situation and we will be available to assist you. Please see above our insurance information for loss/damage to the bicycles.

Do you organise complete itineraries, or bike tours & excursions?

Yes. If you don't find a route that is suited to you, we can provide a tailor made route. We can also provide complete itineraries to create the perfect cycling holiday. If you would prefer a guided cycling tour, this can be arranged for up to 6 people. Please note that if you require any of these services, you must notify us 48 hours before.
